ABOUT

Shelley Stein has been in private practice as a psychotherapist for 30 years . A skilled clinician with

individuals, couples, and families dealing with the challenges of life, much of her practice has focused on finding solutions to problems related to anxiety and depression. She has a specialization in working with people who have chronic illnesses, including Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson’s Disease.


In addition to her work with clients, Shelley is also an experienced group leader and facilitator, and a frequent public speaker, on topics such as coping with disease and stress management. Over the years she has consulted with a number of Employee Assistance Programs and physician practices. She resides and works in beautiful Sarasota, FL.
